Find Good Scooters helps people discover electric scooters, e-bikes, power chairs and other personal mobility equipment in one place. Our goal is to make it easier to understand the choices, narrow the search and find a ride that fits real life.
Why we built this directory
We have a desire to help people become mobile using the power of electricity. We care about clean and safe energy and personal transportation needs—whether that means commuting for an active rider or helping someone with a disability, injury or other special need get around.
Being mobile is a form of freedom, and that matters to us. Our own family has been affected by the need for specialized personal transportation. While looking for mobility solutions, we realized how many different products and companies people have to sort through. Find Good Scooters grew from that experience and from the idea that a focused directory could make the search easier for other families.
Three kinds of directory pages
- Product profiles cover a specific model and may be compared side by side.
- Brand overviews introduce a company and its broader product selection.
- Retailer overviews explain a seller’s assortment, service and ownership support.
Brand and retailer pages are research starting points. Product specifications vary by model, so only specific product profiles are included in the comparison tool.
How we curate
Our aim is to save you time finding well-supported equipment that fits your life. We consider customer feedback alongside product facts, practical limitations, warranty and return information, and the company behind the product. Affiliate availability does not determine inclusion or directory order.
Our standard for product listings
- Strong feedback, read in context. We look for consistently positive product-specific feedback with meaningful review volume and recent comments where possible. A star average alone never qualifies a listing.
- Lower-rated experiences help us identify products to exclude. We examine them for repeated concerns involving reliability, batteries, safety, service, fit, returns or parts. Products are excluded when those patterns undermine confidence in the ownership experience.
- One carefully chosen product per company. A second listing must serve a clearly different need and pass its own review.
- Evidence must match the model. We use model-specific information whenever possible and identify configurations that can differ.
- Ownership matters. We research fit, transport, warranty, returns and support so each profile offers more than a shopping link.
- Source diversity matters. We favor direct manufacturers and qualified specialist sellers without allowing one retailer to dominate the directory.
Customer feedback is one research input, not our own test score or a guarantee of quality, safety or durability. We do not publish customer testimonials or star-rating badges, and we have not independently tested every product.
Videos and outside sources
Some product profiles include a relevant YouTube review or demonstration that helps a buyer evaluate size, controls, folding, transport, maintenance or terrain behavior. We identify the source, use the creator’s original upload and explain what to watch for. A video is additional context, not our test or endorsement.
