Warranty & returns

• Warranty coverage. Apollo’s component coverage is 12 months or, for designated 2-year variants, 24 months. Eligible models also have lifetime frame coverage. Confirm the warranty shown on your order. Read warranty information
• Warranty service. Wear items and other exclusions apply. Shipping for parts or repairs can remain the owner’s responsibility; arrange any repair through support first.
• Return window and condition. Unused scooters must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt in the original box. Obtain return instructions before sending the scooter. Read purchase terms
• Return costs and exceptions. Shipping, a 3% processing fee and restocking charges can be deducted. Open-box/refurbished scooters, spare parts and merchandise are final sale.
