Warranty & returns

• Warranty coverage. MEGAWHEELS provides the original purchaser a 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty for its scooters, e-bikes and dirt bikes. Normal battery aging, wear and water damage are excluded. Read warranty information
• Warranty service. Provide proof of purchase and photos or video to support. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Return window and condition. The return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery, with authorization, the original box and all included accessories. Read purchase terms
• Return costs and exceptions. Buyers pay shipping for non-defective unused returns. Confirmed quality issues follow a separate process. Accessories and parts generally cannot be returned; verify compatibility before purchase.
