• Warranty coverage. For adult scooters and e-bikes, coverage is 2 years when the price paid is $499 or more, and 1 year below $499. Other product categories have different periods. Read warranty information
• Warranty service. Proof of purchase and issue documentation are required. Labor, installation and shipping are excluded; refurbished products do not receive the standard limited warranty.
• Return window and condition. The refund policy specifies 31 days from purchase. Lightly used items must have fewer than 20 miles and no damage; obtain return authorization and check the condition requirements. Read purchase terms
• Return costs and exceptions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and restocking deductions can reach 50% depending on condition. Batteries are non-returnable.
