Warranty & returns

  • Warranty coverage. For the e-bike models named in HOVSCO’s policy, the frame is covered for 2 years; the motor, battery and many electrical components for 1 year; and several other parts for 6 months. Battery coverage has specific conditions. Other products follow their manuals. Read warranty coverage
  • Warranty service. Claims require purchase details and photos or video. Normal wear, water damage and other exclusions apply. Replacement-part installation may be handled by the owner; labor coverage is not automatic.
  • Return window and condition. The policy specifies returns within 15 calendar days of receipt, with prior authorization, original packaging and all included items. Its full-refund conditions require an unused bike with zero miles, no wear and no damage. Read return conditions
  • Return costs. For non-quality returns, the published shipping/handling charges are $150 per e-bike and $100 per e-scooter. The policy also describes possible restocking/handling charges. Confirm the total deduction with HOVSCO before returning; dealer purchases follow the dealer’s policy.
