Warranty & returns

• Warranty coverage. Frames, motors and controllers have 12 months of coverage. Most batteries and several electronics have 6 months; V14 and P6 batteries have 12 months. Lighting modules have 3 months. Read warranty information
• Warranty service. Direct-store claims require purchase details, serial number and evidence. Service can involve replacement parts or a repair partner; labor and shipping costs may be payable by the owner.
• Return window and condition. Standard returns require an unused, unopened product within 15 days of delivery, in original packaging. Report qualifying initial defects or shipping damage promptly under the separate 7-day rules. Read purchase terms
• Return costs and exceptions. Change-of-mind returns deduct 10% restocking plus original shipping, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Refurbished products, parts and accessories are final sale.
