  • Warranty coverage. The limited warranty covers listed components, including the frame, motor and battery, for 1 year from original delivery. Wear items, accessories and specified damage are excluded. Read warranty coverage
  • Warranty service. Contact Lectric before arranging a repair or shipment. Approved replacement parts are shipped at its cost, but owner labor for removal or installation is excluded.
  • Return eligibility. The policy describes sales as final, with returns only by written exception for a reason Lectric accepts. An e-bike is ineligible if ridden or held for 14 days. Read return conditions
  • Return costs. Approved exceptions require unused condition, original packaging and purchase proof. Shipping charges and up to $300 restocking may apply; accessories and apparel are not returnable.
