• Warranty coverage. Main components, including the battery, motor, frame and controller, have 2 years of coverage. Specified accessories have 6 months and listed consumable parts have 3 months. Read warranty coverage
• Warranty service. Use NIU support and retain purchase details. Check the warranty exclusions and repair arrangements for your location before buying.
• Return timing and condition. NIU advertises 30-day returns with approval, original packaging and excellent condition. The policy refers to both order and receipt dates; confirm your deadline with support. Read return policy
• Return costs. Qualifying change-of-mind scooter returns with no more than 10 miles include return shipping and no restocking fee. Other requests can require buyer-paid shipping.
