• Open-box alternatives. The certified open-box collection features inspected returned or lightly used scooters, subject to availability.
• Repair and upgrades. The parts range covers RoadRunner models and some other brands; check exact compatibility.
• Everyday accessories. Helmets, locks, phone holders and lights are available to round out your riding setup.
• Plan for ownership. Use the Denver service team to confirm repair arrangements and part availability for the scooter you are considering.
• Choose the exact version. Compare battery specification, total weight and folded size on the individual scooter page; those details determine charging and storage fit.

Warranty & returns

For purchases directly from RoadRunner Scooters. Checked September 29, 2026.

• Warranty coverage. New scooters have 12 months of coverage; certified refurbished scooters have 3 months. Purchases outside the lower 48 states have different terms, including a 6-month period. Read warranty information
• Warranty service. Approved defect claims in the first 30 days include covered parts and shipping. Later shipping may be payable by the owner; third-party labor requires prior approval.
• Return window and condition. Unused, undamaged scooters can be requested for return within 15 days of delivery. Original packaging, photos including the odometer, and return approval are required. Read purchase terms
• Return costs and exceptions. Scooter returns carry a 15% restocking charge plus original and return shipping. Parts are final sale; eligible unused RoadRunner parts may qualify for exchange only.
