• Warranty coverage. Eagle One variants and Pegasus list 24 months for selected components including the frame/controller, and 12 months for motor/battery. Falcon’s main components have 12 months; other models and parts differ. Read warranty information
• Warranty service. Claims need order details and photos or video. Labor and warranty shipping can be the owner’s responsibility. Wear, misuse and modifications are excluded.
• Return terms to confirm. The detailed refund page currently describes e-dirt-bike returns, including a 7-day non-quality return window. Ask Varla to confirm the applicable scooter terms in writing before ordering. Read purchase terms
• Return costs and process. The dirt-bike policy includes shipping and transaction or restocking deductions, depending on condition. Prior authorization and the original packaging are required; do not assume a free ride-and-return trial.
