Buyer highlights

• Ride comfort. The VX4 and VX2 Hub offer front and rear suspension; suspension is not included across the entire range.
• Tire choices. Tubeless tires feature on models such as the VX4 and VX2 Hub. Check tire size and tread for your usual route.
• Storage fit. Model comparisons include folded dimensions and scooter weight, useful when planning trunk storage or stair carrying.
• Long-term upkeep. A dedicated spare-parts catalog and U.S. support help with maintenance after purchase.
• Model families. The catalog spans VX5 PRO, VX2 and VX4 families. Compare the exact battery version as well as the model name.
• Buying options. Open-box and refurbished scooters are listed separately from new models; check condition and availability.

Warranty & returns

• Warranty coverage. VMAX publishes a 24-month limited warranty. Normal wear, including battery wear, and damage from misuse, modifications or water are excluded. The model manual takes precedence. Read warranty information
• Warranty service. An original proof of purchase is required. Contact VMAX support to assess coverage and arrange service.
• Return window and condition. Unused scooters with zero miles can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging, after approval. Read purchase terms
• Return costs. Published deductions include a 3% payment-processing fee, $40 restocking charge and a return label costing $30–$100 depending on model and location.

Manufacturing & origin
