  • Warranty coverage. Zipr lists 3 years for the structural frame and 1 year for drivetrain/electronic components. Registration within 30 days is required. Batteries and normal wear are excluded. Read warranty information
  • Warranty service. Labor, service calls and shipping are excluded. The customer arranges a repair technician when needed; confirm the practical service plan before purchasing.
  • Return window and condition. For residential scooters and power chairs, the policy permits unused returns within 30 days of purchase, with authorization and the original packaging. Read purchase terms
  • Return costs. A 25% restocking charge and buyer-paid return shipping apply. Used equipment is not eligible under the standard return terms.
