Buyer highlights

• Suspension platform. The current model uses an 88 mm linkage suspension and a 16-by-3-inch tire for broken pavement and varied urban surfaces.
• Battery and range. The 1,480 Wh Samsung 50S pack uses a smart battery-management system. KingSong estimates roughly 40–50 miles in real-world use; rider weight, speed, temperature and terrain change results.
• Motor output. KingSong lists 3,000 watts rated and up to 6,000 watts peak. Local rules and rider skill should determine where and how the available performance is used.
• Visibility. Four adjustable headlights, side lighting, a brake light and turn signals provide 360-degree illumination, but riders still need reflective gear and defensive riding habits.
• Everyday handling. A trolley handle and kickstand help when the wheel is off your feet, though about 70 lb remains substantial for stairs, trunks and public transportation.
• Connected features. The onboard display and KingSong app show ride data and support settings, alerts and firmware updates.
